Today on the news I herd about a plan that you Mr. Obama have to add a new tax to cell phone users to cover high speed internet in schools. The poroblem I have with this is you Mr Oboma are trying to go around congress and use other government agencies to achieve this new tax. If I remember right you and every other government agency other than congress doesn't have the athority to make such a tax. Please refrain from burdening the american people any more than we already are.
