Stop all opt-in and opt-out conditions with all companies and web sights

Stop companies from hijacking you. Then making you "opt-out" if you really don't want them.
Many companies and web sights steal you as a customer from other companies you have already chosen. Co-Ops that deliver electric or gas are good for this, Then tell you "if you want us do nothing" (sound familiar) If you wanted them in the first place I am sure you would have picked them. They force you to opt-out. usually by spending money, stamp, envelope, paper, ink or physical, by clicking on buttons or going to web sights and proving you don't want them. This use to be called hijacking. I would like to see it as it use to be and put into law. No company, co op or web sight shall lock you into anything that you didn't agree to. Make them compete for you again
