To stop all pay to all politicians, including Senators, Congressmen, President, until such a time that active military personnel are fed properly and fully. There should be hot meals available to all military personnel, on American bases and foriegn bases alike, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
If there are budget cuts that cannot provide meals to active military personnel, then all higher up government personnel shall not receive any pay until such a time that military personnel receive meals that are hot, at least 3 times per day and as much as they need to fulfill their hunger.
