Stop all pay and benefits afforded Congress until a new fiscal budget has been approved and put into place

The United States Congress has regrettably not done the job in which they are tasked to do. In any other job, if you do not complete the task in which you are hired to do you would be let go, however it takes several years to fire a sitting U.S. congressman /woman. Starting immediately, Congress can not and will not be afforded the benefits, perks and wages of being a Representative or Senator for the United States until a fiscal budget has been passed. No flights to and from home at the government expense, no pay, no insurance benefits, etc. that are associated with being a member of congress. Until such time that a new fiscal budget has been approved and legislated this petition ask that pay continue to be withheld until such an agreement has been reached.
