Congress should receive no salary or vacation until a bipartisan and balanced budget is signed. This budget, should not weigh upon the taxpayers.
Congress should further have their salaries tied to their performance and the economy, and social Security.
As in any business if the business entity grows to big to efficiently operate, then that entity needs to be reduced. In this case from the top down.
Congress should in all cases not be dismissed untill all major bills before it have been delt with. Areas of Budget and Social Security should have no riders or pork attached.
