Stop all pay to members of Congress and the Senate until a federal budget has been signed, and the fiscal cliff averted.

The United States has not had a federal budget in 3 years. Current economic policies are bringing the federal government to sequestration. If the representitives in Washington DC can not do thier job, then they should not receive payment. All pay should be stopped until a federal budget for 2013 has been signed,a nd sequestration has been avoided.
