puppy mills are all over the country. They use innocent dogs and forceably breed them to make money off of their sick puppies. People who run puppy mills always lie to the customer about their puppies vaccinations and health. Almost all of the dogs are normally found in poor living conditions with hardly any food and water. If the puppies are lucky they may live til they are one unless the owner inhumanely or humanely puts them down.
