Cannabis is used as medication by many people. 16 our 50 states (plus Washington DC) recognize the use of cannabis as medication yet the federal government continues to arrest and prosecute patients and caregivers. Marijuana is a legitimate medicine that improves and saves lives and creates thousands of jobs. I'm creating this petition STOP ALL RAIDS on medical cannabis facilities. Stop taking people's medication and jobs. To quote from a recent speech from President Obama "The idea that you would keep on doing the same thing over and over again even though its been proven not to work, that's a sign of madness." I agree. Stop this madness. Stop the raids or explain why you feel it's necessary to continue and what these raids accomplish besides untreated illness and lost jobs.
