Telemarketers are out of control and recently many are scams. Even if you are on the do not call list, this does not stop them. They use software that makes random dialing which is why they are able to get unlisted numbers and cell phone numbers. They are not operating from a list. We need to stop all telemarketing regardless if it is for charity, a survey, a service, etc.. If we allow any at all then the ones who are not legit will use that to get around the system. The only way to stop this invasion of our privacy of the use of our telephone system is to eliminate all telemarketing.
