We need to stop all disposable aluminum and plastic items. Not just bags and water bottles. Return to deposit and glass bottles like we had a few years ago. Several stats now have a deposit on all plastic and aluminum cans and bottles.Please make it nation wide and lets start enforcing our littering laws with a huge fine.
