Many "rugged", "independent", and "self-sufficient" persons believe they don't need the federal government. Why not allow them the chance to go without federal dollars? Please work with congress to establish a procedure for state governors or legislators to pass a moratorium on federal spending in their states. Allow these states to lower the deficit by no longer taking in more federal dollars then they spend in taxes
