To stop allowing American company's to move overseas and keeping them closer to the U.S either in Mexico or Canada

We just keep shipping our company's overseas allowing china economy to blossom, while we just keep shooting ourselves in the leg. At least in mexico the people crossing the border everyday invest in american goods and products and put much more money in the American economy than the Chinese. If we keep the the money closure to us the more likely it will re-enter our economy, unlike china we will never see the money again.
