Large companies in America use legal loopholes and other techniques to cut their taxes. Some companies like Pepco Holdings had a tax rate of negative 57.6%. That means that the government payed them after taxes. The Obama Administration needs to stop allowing big businesses to send their business oversees where tax rates are very low. They also need to make sure that all these companies are paying their taxes.
