Every year millions of pounds of perfectly edible produce is discarded because of its appearance. This is being done as many Americans are struggling to put food on their tables. Let's follow France's lead and ban this practice. If a store chooses to not display 'tier 2' produce they should be required to donate it to those that need it or pay a fine.
