Stop Allowing Businesses to use Personal Data (Credit Report, Facebook, etc.) Against Employees!

Currently is no laws in place that state Businesses aren't allowed to use public's personal data against them in their jobs and/or to be employed. Businesses don't have the right to use a person personal life against them at their job or to be employee. What a person does on facebook or how there Credit Report looks should give an employer an reason to fire or not hire a person. Please put laws in place to Protect the public from employers!
