We are equal and deserve the right to be independent Parent free from discrimination, bias, and racketeering. Philadelphia has become so corrupt normal law abiding citizens receive no aid from agencies alleging help. Over 1000 cases every 5 months resuit in family court judges aiding the foster care system in the names of child protective agencies such as Concilio and sister agency DHS. Without any evidence of neglect or risk children are stolen fron they're family. It's so outrageous parents can't call chain of command to report these criminals.
