Stop allowing Child Sex offenders to lower there charges in court to child abuse cases & Not having to Register

I am asking for the rights of the children of child sex offenders to have to Register and not allow them to be able to lower the charges to Child Abuse (Non-Accidental Physical Harm)...This Children have been harmed while most of these people are getting very little time in prison and alot of Probation. At the time of a family having to go through something like this there minds are in confusin and need the courts not to allow this to happen to families. But it does alot the right attorney and amount of money can change alot. These children's memories last forever and its up to us to make sure the sex offender receives the time they deserve.
