Stop Allowing Children To Be Used As Pawns Paychecks & A Source Of Control By The "Custodial Parent" & The Family Courts

Children are often born without their rights of having both parents equally & fairly in their lives (physically, financially & emotionally) being protected, especially their fathers. A child should be born with both parent's having Joint Legal & physical custody automatically unless a court has deemed a parent unfit based upon their actions and the law not the judge's "personal opinion" within the court system. An initial custody order should be in place and signed along with the child's birth certificate and other paperwork before leaving the hospital. Anyone not willing to provide the other parent's information or have them present to sign should be denied all government assistance and face consequences until the parental info of the other parent is verified.
