Stop allowing Congress to give themselves pay raises without the approval of American citizen voters.

During times when our Military and our Senior Citizens are unable to pay their bills Congress shouls not be voting for themselves to recieve a pay raise. Congress should only recieve a payraise with the approval of American voters. Afterall Congress should lead by emale. If our Senior Citizens and Military can not receive a payraise do to budgeting concerns that is cause by congresses lack of their financial control then Congress should not reciee a raise either.
