Currently food stamp recipients are allowed to use their food stamp card at atms, etc. to withdraw cash. It is currently being seriously abused at an enormous cost to the taxpayer. I wish to see that the cash withdrawal from any food stamp card be discontinued and the card should only be used to purchase foods deemed to be nutritional. No candy, cookies, ice cream, sweets, soft drinks, etc. or anything that is not considered as a nutritional item be denied from purchase by food stamp recipients.
