Stop Allowing foreign companies to gain competitive advantage over American companies through our USPS.

I recently purchased an item on ebay for my computer for 99 cents, including tax, and delivery. To make a long story short, there is no way an American company can compete with this. We should not deliver foreign mail for less than we deliver our own. I received it bulk from Taiwan. I encourage you to buy a 99 cent ebay item and discover that this is not fair. I don't call it protectionism, I just believe we need to charge foreign mail parcels the same rate at which we charge our own then perhaps the USPS would not be in trouble, so the sender must include US postage and their own on the package to be delivered.
