The Northern Arapaho, a Native American tribe in Wyoming, has the right to kill two bald eagles for a religious ceremony this year. Wednesday that the Fish and Wildlife Service granted the tribe permission to "kill or capture and then release" two bald eagles this year for its centuries-old "sun dance" ritual. It was the first time a permit like this has ever been granted to an American Indian Tribe.
