The NSA has been illegally recording the phone calls of millions of Americans, as well as gathering and storing information about the online activities of citizens. This is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment protections guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution- the right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects from unreasonable search and seizure. This illegal activity must be stopped immediately, and all records obtained illegally must be destroyed. The American people will not suffer this violation of our constitutional rights.
