Medicare is a benefit for Americans but currently major aspects of Medicare is subcontracting outside the USA. Allowing offshore contracting doesn't benefit the US economy and many of the health related regulations are null and void for lack of effective oversight, especially in Medicare Advantage. Americans are entitled to Medicare and thus many aspects of this benefit is subcontracted to businesses outside the USA. We can build the economy by making it mandatory that Medicare related processing (e.g. claims and prior authorizations) remain the the USA!!!
