Myself and many others have fallen victim to fraud and identity theft. I was in a divorce, legally separated from my ex-wife, she open two lines of credit in my name without my knowledge and left me with the bill after the divorce was over. Please create a law protecting spouses against fraud and identity theft committed by spouses.
