Stop allowing the state of Michigan to use people's credit against them to allow lower car insurance rates

Mr Obama administration please help me to get lower car insurance rates in Michigan please notify the big car insurance company and ask them to repeal the no fault law and put a cap on medical bills I live in a rural area and my insurance is higher than the city of grand rapids .I turn on the radio and hear crash after crash yet where we live no crashes I'm getting tried of payment for other ignorant drivers having to pay there bills and having insurance that covers basically nothing many of us Michiganders just can't afford it please step in and change things up and impeach Snider for the Flint water crisis and the gas tax and the bridge to nowhere .thanks
