Stop allowing states to punish good fathers with childsupport for having thier children more than 40 % of time

Stop allowing local government to make fathers wanting equal time with thier children pay child support. Start with stopping one sided biased and sexual discrimination against fathers wanting to support thier children in the family courts. Force state and local governments to start with a 50/50 split of time sharing and when fathers request it. To keep a level playing field all possessions split 50/50 and children time 50/50. When able to get children to school and attend daily activities allow fathers to not be hounded by local courts into not wanting thier children. Make the local courts stop the discrimination of fathers wanting thier children and start looking at them as equals they are 50% of the childs DNA.
