China's 'fight against corruption' is driving laundered and illegal funds out of the country. These funds are finding a place in America - facilitated by the EB5 immigration policy.
20 years ago Canada implemented a policy similar to EB5. It was a different time, weaker forces were at play and yet the results have been pernicious and long lasting.
