stop American banks from legitimizing foreign drug cartels' business through laundering their money.

Foreign drug cartels are undermining our country in many ways. The influx of illegal drugs through our borders, the murderous torture and violence that is part of drug cartels operations and enforcement, and the building up of assets by the cartels all are contributing to the destruction of foreign culture as well as that of the United States. Big american banks like Bank of America and Wachovia (and others) freely accept cash from illegal drug proceeds delivered by the cartels representatives. (infowars.com) These banks happily receive money and set up accounts for these representatives in the billions. When the banks are occasionally caught doing this they are given a small fine. There is not enough monitoring and punishment given by law enforcement upon these banks to stop this.
