Stop American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana from overturning a law that would allow sex offenders use social media.

Created by C.S. on January 23, 2013

Help us protect our children and not allow any registered sex offender access to social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, etc.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana filed the class-action suit on behalf of a man who served three years for child exploitation and other sex offenders who are restricted by the ban even though they are no longer on probation.

Sex offenders should not have rights to use social media once they are convicted, charged and registered upon the sex offender registry.

We need to protect our youth against these type of people and should have our laws backing us up.
