Stop American tax dollars going to foreign counties without the American people voting on all such issues.

Stop all foreign aid/money:
1. to any country who in the last 4 years have done harm to any American Representitive.
2. to any country that has let their citizens or foreign citizens in their country, harm/kill Americans.
3. to any country who is threatening this American Country and/or it's way of life.
4. to any country who supports a religion of hate.
5. to any country who supports terrorists and/or who lets terrorist hide/train in their country.
6. to any country that does not support Life, Liberty, or the persute of Happiness, to all of it's citizens, as the United States of America has.
