Petition to stop the "amnesty-first" nature of the proposed Amnesty bill. It is of utmost importance that we strengthen border security, and reduce the flow of illegal aliens prior to granting amnesty to illegal aliens who already reside in our country. Failing to strengthen border security first will result in an increased flow of illegal aliens if an "amnesty-first" bill is passed, and will result in a greater economic strain on the fragile US economy.
