"anchor child", referring in this case to "very young immigrants who will later sponsor immigration for family members who are still abroad" The law should state that any immigrant that visits the USA and has a baby while in the USA should not be allowed to automatically become a US Citizen. The process to become a US Citizen should be the same for everyone and apply for citizenship.
