Animals do not have a voice, therefore we need to stand up for them against the injustice created by our fellow human race. Animals do have rights to live and thrive in peace and harmony without being being murdered and abused either by criminals or by the law enforcement. Not enough is being done at the government level.

Arfee's Law Proposal
Require Law Enforcement to use non lethal action against Animals thus saving an innocent life. This will protect people's pets and innocent animals.
Require more humane methods in dealing with animals.
Extend charges towards criminal offenders that have committed animal abuse, cruelty and murder with a tougher punishment
