We belive before we worry about animals of abuse and homeless pets we should first focus on human beings. There are far to many starving,sick, and dieing homeless people. They have made bad choices to get to where they are and i believe need help over animals. We agree animal abuse and abandonment is bad, but we feel the money should be used for people before used on animals.
