We need to shut down breeding farms, because animals like dogs and cats are being bred wrong, and could lead some dogs to get life threatening diseases. As well as breeding the animals wrong could lead to them having birth defects that can take their lives. Make Animal breeding farms illegal, and adopting the main part of getting a new animal.
