The Anti-Gay Laws in Kansas are unconstitutional. America should be moving forward not moving back to "Jim Crow" ways of the mid-1900's. Denying Gay people their basic human rights just because of their sexuality is wrong on so many levels. I am creating this petition so that people can see the injustice that Kansas is bringing to their state.
