Stop any and all foreign aid and instead reinvest it in our own country.

In the midst of a debt crisis we are still dishing out billions of dollars to foreign entities. Many of whom would not nothing more then to see us dead i.e Pakistan, Egypt. If we have to buy our friends then they are no friends at all and hence deserve not a single bit of our treasure. With the decisive sum we save from cutting off the billions we send to countries that despise us we can reinvest in our own country for once. A lot can do with the money that will be saved such as hiring more teachers, increasing infrastructure, and many other things.
