stop any and contributions between Lobbyists to government campaigns and reverse Citizens United v FEC decision.

Created by D.M. on January 09, 2013

To eliminate the possibility of Quid Pro Quo we must not allow undue lobbyist influence on Government officials. They shouldn't be able donate themselves, or bundle donations from other people to create leverage.

In addition, the right to free speech does not mean that businesses are people. Therefore, the concept that they may contribute to campaigns and have influence through such donations needs to be eliminated. If all men are created equal then no campaign donation should be larger than any other's. Limits to campaign donations should revert back to $2500 per year per donor. 94% of the time, the person running for office that raises the most campaign money wins the election. This is not what our forefathers intended.
