The Executive Branch must stop any delusional sociopath from filling the US Public airwaves with injurious speech because it is not entertainment and it is certainly not News if the intent is to infringe on the US constitutional right to a fair trial afforded to the injured Party by prejudicing the Public, investigating agencies, and/or the US courts through the public response instigated by the abuse of FCC licensed mass media services.
This petition requests that the President order the FCC, under its regulatory enforcement provisions, to immediately suspend the broadcast license and then investigate for permanent licensing revocation any television network, radio network, and any participating syndicated local broadcasters, who broadcasts for profit injurious speech.
