Historically the topic of genetic alteration in humans has been abused by any governing body, people say to learn from history and that's exactly what I'm suggesting we do. Also, the implementation of this could spell psychological disaster for those children who are genetically altered thinking, "Would my parents still love me if I was different?" Also, to be invading on someone's life before they can even make decisions is totally unethical.
