This government is "By The People".
But people who are PAID by the Government are not truly "The People", because they are part of the government. They won't vote for spending cuts that might hurt their own paycheck.
Our government is growing faster than ever, and so is its influence in our elections. If it ever employs half the people, it'll have half the vote! How then will it be "By The People" anymore?
So let us declare everyone who is government-paid to be "The Government", and bar them from voting.
This would include, but not limited to:
1) All paid government employees (federal, state or local).
2) All paid military people.
3) All who are on welfare, food stamps, or any other "free" government money. They may not work, but they are paid, which makes them effectively "employed".
