Stop arming the Islamic State.

The US has long been arming so called moderates. This is an old strategy. It was used in Afghanistan decades ago and inadvertently created the Taliban and Al Qaeda (http://tinyurl.com/z5235zw). In Syria, reports have shown that after a $500 million plan to train and arm moderates, only 4 or 5 moderates remained. (http://tinyurl.com/nwncrry). Other attempts in Syria and other areas were equally disastrous (http://tinyurl.com/jhxwf4s). The government now refuse to even explain these failure (http://tinyurl.com/zj73njq). Meanwhile, reports continue to show that US arms are winding up with the Islamic State (http://tinyurl.com/ohvurn6). This is an official request to end the policy of sending arms to unstable regions of the world - arms that inevitably strengthen groups like the Islamic State.
