The Army Corps of Engineers wants to defy the EPA and Federal courts and dump toxic sediment dredged from the Cuyahoga River into Lake Erie instead of properly disposing of the harmful material. This threatens the health of Lake Erie, a vital natural resource to Northeast Ohio.
