Stop arragance and attitude of untouchability in our Government officials

I have had my rights as a citizen and patient violated at UCLA's School of Dentistry by arragant and fearless overbearing doctors changing my bill entirely dating back 2 years claiming they made a mistake. I had no right to reuse or challange these charges they took money from my account without my permission or knowledge. I went to the ethics department and it was the good old boys treatment. I have my bill from 5/12 my last appointment date and their bill from 8/12 three months later showing an entire revision of all charges as far back as 2 years. rmshotts@yahoo.com for those who would like to see them
