Stop Assault, Harassment, Discrimination and Retribution against Indigenous People & SUPPORT RESOLUTION #PSP-09-008

People stating indigenous heritage, unless under the DOI’s BIA / state recognized, are being assaulted, harassed, w/ discrimination; retribution of jail time, threats, public defamation, destruction / theft of property, verbally abused, tortured, labeled “extremist”, “patriot”, “terrorist”, “unrecognized” , “sovereign” used in deliberate inappropriate ways by government officials. 12/16/ 2010 you accepted United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples; you haven’t addressed the NCAI’s Resolution #PSP-09-008. ALL Indigenous have rights to claim standing w/out retaliation. We now petition that you and the United States Gov place into Law penalties for violating rights of indigenous people, including acts listed above.
