H.R. 1745 is a direct threat to 2nd amendment rights of every citizen of the United States. Banning weapons of any kind fosters a message of mistrust of law abiding citizens by government. Also brings about the bigger question as to why this administration has pushed so hard for something that shouldn't even be questioned in my mind and the minds of many. Mr. Obama stop taking rights of Americans. No gun is less lethal because of the way it looks. This bill is directly aimed at some of the most popular rifles, shotguns and pistols on the market including but not limited to AR models, Ak Models, Ruger mini14, M1, M14. Also any weapon with a magazine capacity exceeding 10 rounds and with telescoping or folding stocks, barrel shrouds, detachable magazines and pistol grips.
