The second amended of the constitution of the United States of America guaranties the people the right to keep and bear arms. It reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Key factors being "the right of the people" and "arms". The definition of arms being, "weapons and ammunition; armaments" means that the limitations on which guns may be owned is unrestricted, "Shall not be infringed", per the United States Constitution.
