VP Joe Biden signed a We the People petition calling on the government to ban AR-15-type assault weapons from civilian ownership. He said "The President and I agree that assault weapons and high-capacity magazines should be banned from civilian ownership." This is wrong because the 2nd Amendment guarantees citizens of the United States to legally own firearms. An AR-15 is legal to own and a high capacity magazines are legal as well. The 2nd Amendment was designed for tyrants like Obama and Biden and we need to remember that. Law abiding citizens should be able to own AR-15s or a firearms similar for hunting, recreational use or to defend their house/family. Please sign my petition and don't let these people take our guns.
