The purpose of this petition is to stop the Assault Weapons Ban of 2015 as proposed by Congressman David Cicilline and supported by other elected government officials. This ban is in violation of the 2nd Amendment. Based on recent polls this move by our elected Government is in direct conflict of the wishes of the majority of U.S. citizens.
